Join a special diocesan leadership workshop led by Jason Evert for parents, clergy, catechists, youth ministers, and educators aimed at providing a proper Christian response to hot-button cultural challenges.
We will also have Eric Helms, a social worker at Hillside Children’s Center, Michael Nordquist, a licensed mental health counselor at the U of R, and some of our diocesan priests share their experiences in addressing these issues as we work toward a deeper understanding of our brothers and sisters who question their sexuality or gender.
In the process, it is our hope that everyone comes away with a deeper understanding of themselves, considering the conversation, and how we can best relate to our neighbors.
Open to 18 year olds and up.
